After 18 months of "painful" change (from 320 staff to only 6, and now back to 13) , finally got the SFC Asset Mangement and Advisory license for myself and my company (Bridgeway Prime Shop Fund Management Ltd 盛滙商舖基金管理有限公司) ....... The FIRST SFC licensed asset management company that focuses exclusively on shop properties in HK and worldwide (香港首間專注商舖投資的證監會持牌資產管理公司).
NEW CHAPTER for the next 14 years of my entrepreneurial life.
Thanks Harvard OPM for giving me the COURAGE to change in July 2013.
Still remember the quote from British Prime Minister (Winston Churchill) at my graduation from the 3-year OPM program....
"It's not the end. It's not even the beginning of the end. But, perhaps, it is the END OF THE BEGINNING"
And Yes, my NEXT CHAPTER has officially begun.
